1. Application form from NTHU Online Application system.

2. A photocopy of diploma in English or Chinese.

3. Official academic transcripts in English or Chinese.

4. Statement of purpose in English.

   • Double-space with a minimum font size of 10.

   • No more than one A4 page.

5. Two recommendation letters in English. (no required format)

6. Financial statement. (must be TaiwanICDF scholarship application form)

7. Declaration form.

8. Verification of nationality.

9. Program specific requirements. (as follows)

1. English proficiency test result. (required for non-English native speakers)

2. Certificate of working experience. (optional)

3. Other additional documents. (optional)

* Only the applicant who receives the formal acceptance letter issued by both NTHU and the TaiwanICDF is the scholarship recipient.
