How to select a course: Download
IMBA course selection rules
(a.) IMBA students at least to take 1 course each semester.
(b.) IMBA students are limited up to 5 courses each semester (Chinese language/ cultural-related courses are excluded from the FIVE)
(c.) IMBA students are required to select at least TWO specialties (concentrations) as electives, and for each specialty, it requires 2-3 courses to fulfill.
(please refer to the specialty from the last column of the attached course list)
(d.) Mandatory courses should be counted into graduation credits only if they're offered by IMBA.
(e.) 2 courses outside of IMBA (in business field, under six specialties) are the maximum each semester.
However, for those who are interested in courses offered outside of IMBA, Please follow the steps:
-> Check the course specialties, Course Field
If you can find the course-> just select it without submitting any form to IMBA.
If you can Not find the course-> submit the Course Confirmation Form
for the program to confirm whether it is to be accepted by IMBA or not.
(e.) Academic Research Ethics Education
(0 credit but a mandatory course for all the students)
Students have to take (pass) the online course of Academic Research Ethics Education by the end of the first year; otherwise, you’ll be unable to apply for the oral defense in the second year!

(f.) Total credits are 45 (course) credits + 4 (thesis) credits within two years. (Implemented from 2017 Fall enrollment)
